Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) water
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter and water until combined.
• Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until batter is smooth.
• Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, approx. 1 hour.
• Let cool 10 minutes then turn loaf out onto wire rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
• Serves 10–12.
