Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store at room temperature for up to 12 months.

Preparation Instructions

• 1 package icing mix
• 6 Tbs. (90 ml) water at room temperature, plus more as needed

Pour icing mix into bowl of electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Add water and allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes, then whisk on high speed until icing forms stiff peaks and has smooth, glossy finish, approx. 1 minute and 30 seconds.

If using icing for outlining or building: Remove bowl from mixer and transfer icing to piping bag with tip of your choice. Outline cookies and assemble structures, such as a gingerbread house, as desired.

If using icing for flooding: Remove bowl from mixer and add 1/4 tsp. water at a time, stirring with rubber spatula until fully incorporated, until you reach desired consistency.

Transfer icing to piping bag and decorate as desired. Royal icing will form thin crust within 15 minutes and will take approx. 6 hours to harden further. Icing is fully dried and durable after 12 hours or overnight. Perfect for use with edible marker pens.
