    FLAVOR PROFILE

    • Juicy, flavorful, all-natural, free-range

    WHY WE LOVE IT

    • From a company with 50 years of expertise in free-range turkey farming, this premium Willie Bird is of the highest quality. It's delivered fresh to your door and spatchcocked to make it faster and easier to get dinner on the table. A favorite technique of professional chefs, spatchcocking involves splitting the turkey down the back and flattening the body to reduce the cooking time. Just add your favorite brine or seasonings, then roast or grill the bird as usual. In less than 4 hours, you can enjoy a turkey with moist, delicious meat and crispy, golden-brown skin.
